Y.E.S- is a job training/ business training program designed to teach financial literacy, self-discipline, responsibility, work ethics, self-esteem, personal growth, and maintaining a positive mental health for the future. We find that going door-to-door is a great training ground, to get hands on experiences for public relations and communication skills. To complete this training, the enrollee must accumulate 20,000 working credits in these assigned areas, which also teaches goals, savings, and sales skills. With these proceeds that we earn from the sale of reading materials, we place ads in local newspaper and on radio stations, we provide cash/allowances, pay for boarding etc; until they are able to do for themselves.
